The Military and Family Support Center is one part of a larger network of agencies, programs, services, partnerships and individuals that supports your personal and family readiness. The larger system called the Military Family Readiness System is a web of support for you and your family. The Military and Family Support Center should be one of your first stops once you arrive at a new installation. The programs and services they offer are a key resource for you and your family.
The Federal Voting Assistance Program ensures that service members, their eligible family members and overseas citizens have the tools and resources to register to vote and request an absentee ballot, regardless of their state of residence.
The Voting Assistance Guide is a reference guide for everything you need to know about absentee voting in all 50 states, the U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. Select your state to find your local election office’s contact information. Voting forms are also available online.

The Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) provides services to all Active Duty, retired, Reserve personnel and their families from all branches of military service, including Department of Defense civilians.
Services available include:
Deployment support
Employment Program: resume (federal and non-federal), remote job search, Linked In, and interviewing assistance
Information and Referral
Personal financial management: budgeting, investing, saving, credit score management
Relocation Assistance Program: Sponsorship training, Pre-Arrival Orientation, Newcomer's Orientation, and Plan My Move
Transition Assistance Program: Congressionally-mandated program to help servicemembers and their families prepare for life beyond the military (retirements, separations, etc).
Volunteer resources: Getting you plugged into the local community to organizations in need of your time.
Work/Life education: 4 Lenses, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emotional Intelligence, Leadership/Management tools, and others
Our Reserve Component, the 512th Family Readiness Center, is co-located within the active-duty M&FRC, providing Total Force support to members of Dover Air Force Base.
