Available Services

The base Legal Office offers legal assistance to active-duty military members, members of allied armed forces, retirees, dependents, dependent survivors of deceased military members and some former spouses of military members or retirees.

Legal assistance is available for most personal civil legal matters. Documents prepared for clients include simple wills; general, special and durable powers of attorney; bills of sale; promissory notes and miscellaneous letters written on behalf of clients.

Additionally, the base legal office has notary publics available to acknowledge the signing of documents. All services are provided free.
