Legal assistance is available to you and your family. Below, you’ll find information about claims and installation specific programs and services. If you have questions, reach out to the legal assistance program at your installation.
The Base Legal Office cannot represent you on legal matters of a personal, civil nature and criminal case. Thus, it may be necessary for you to find, hire, and work with a civilian lawyer.
Power of attorney, wills and notary services are available to all military ID card holders, including retirees, reservists, and their family members. It is recommended to have these before you arrive at your from your current Duty Station Legal Office if available.
The Legal Office offer walk-in services for notaries and powers of attorney for closing documents and financial. Appointments are made for legal assistance issues requiring the advice of an attorney.

Call Legal Office at 671-366-2937 or (DSN) 315-366-2937 with ticket number so we can draft the POA for you.
File Notice of Loss or Damage forms online within 180-days from date of delivery. If you moved with the web-based DPS system, file Loss/Damage on-line within 180-days thru the DPS system or on AF Claims Service Center website. If you moved outside of the DPS system, submit your Notice of Loss or Damage to the Air Force Claims Service Center. If you mail directly to the carrier, it is advised to get a return receipt.
