Legal Assistance Office
Yigo Guam 96929
Legal assistance is available to you and your family. Below, you’ll find information about claims and installation specific programs and services. If you have questions, reach out to the legal assistance program at your installation.
The Base Legal Office cannot represent you on legal matters of a personal and civil nature. Thus, it may be necessary for you to find, hire, and work with a civilian lawyer. A handout is developed to assist you in finding a lawyer and assisting him/her in properly representing you.
Power of attorney, Wills and Notary services are available to all military ID card holders, including retirees, reservists, and their family members.
The Legal Office does not offer walk-in services for notaries and powers of attorney. Appointments are made for legal assistance issues requiring the advice of an attorney.
