Walk-In Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Walk-In, Power of Attorney, Notary Services walk-in POAs and notary services

Tuesday: 12 to 1 p.m.

Active-Duty Walk-In Legal Assistance (Landlord Tenant/Divorce/SCRA/etc)

Friday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Walk-In, Power of Attorney, Notary Services walk-in POAs and notary services

Appointments Only:

Wills, Living Wills, and Medical Powers of Attorney by appointment only. Scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

You will need to complete a will worksheet prior to your appointment Please visit the legal office for a copy of the worksheet or email us at 325fw.ja@us.af.mil for a digital copy. Upon receiving the completed worksheet our office will proceed with scheduling an appointment.
