When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. At The El Paso International Airport there is a military liaison from 6:00 am to 12 midnight. Contact the liaison for assistance at 915-562-3606 or Staff Duty (24 hours) at 915-568-5098.
Once on post, follow the signs to the Reception Barracks for in-processing. In-processing is conducted at the Reception Barracks, Bldg. 1006 on Carter Road. The building is open daily 24 hours. The uniform for in-processing is ACUs.
All Personnel (Officer & Enlisted) --Should report to the Reception Barracks, Bldg. 1006 on Carter Road.
The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence (NCOL CoE) (formerly known as: United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Students) and Permanent Party --Should report to the Reception Barracks, Bldg. 1006 on Carter Road.
William Beaumont Army Medical Center -- WBAMC personnel report to the Reception Barracks, Bldg. 1006 on Carter Road.
You will need the following documents to inprocess: 201 file, Health and Dental Records, Leave Form, and 10 copies of PCS orders and amendments. Soldiers are advised to eat prior to inprocessing at the Reception Barracks, Bldg. 1006 Carter Road. The phone number for the Reception Barracks is 915-568-6573.
