Fort Bliss Family Homes is comprised of 17 distinct neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at Fort Bliss. Select neighborhoods are also open to other qualified applicants. Single Service Member Housing

Single soldiers PVT-SGT must reside in barracks provided by their unit. Permanent party single SSG and above, and geographical bachelors (ALL RANKS) must plan to reside off post. For assistance in house hunting call Housing Services Office at 915-568-2898.

Location: Located in Building T0070 Pleasanton/Carter Rd.

Single service members in pay grades E-7 and above are authorized to live off post and to receive Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) at the without dependents rate.
