Employment Readiness Program (ERP)
A program dedicated to assisting military spouses in their search for employment. The ERP provides assistance with employment information, employer referral assistance, resume writing, USAJOBS and CPOL job opportunities, Army Spouse Employment Partnership, volunteer opportunities, and educational information. The ERP also assists Active duty, National Guard members, Reservists, Retired Soldiers, Family members, and DoD Civilians.
