A loan closet is a program that allows service members, families and loved ones to borrow durable equipment or resources especially as they are awaiting their household good. This program varies by service so check out the below information to see what is offered at this installation.
The Loan Locker is very well stocked with sleeping mats, folding tables and chairs, electrical appliances, dishes, utensils, pans, irons, and ironing boards. There are also car seats, highchairs, and pack 'n play portable cribs available. For those who are relocating, items are available on loan for 30 days. If there is a sufficient number on hand, guest loans are also available for two weeks.
We do not provide bed linens.

The Loan Locker is open Monday - Wednesday, 1000-1400. You can call them directly at 719-556-7614. They are located in building 1525 along with the Airmen's Attic and The Thrift Shop.
The Loan Locker assists relocating families with loans of household items. The Loan Locker is staffed by a group of dedicated volunteers. It is located in Building 1525 across the street from the youth center and is open Monday through Wednesday from 10 am. to 2 p.m. Please bring your orders if PCSing into Peterson SFB. If the Loan Locker is closed, contact the M&FRC where relocation program staff can come to assist during the duty day, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
