Overview
Government housing at NAS Lemoore is managed through a Public-Private Venture (PPV) with Liberty Military Housing (LMH). LMH handles day-to-day operations and maintenance for on-base family housing, while the Navy Housing Service Center (HSC) supports eligibility verification and housing advocacy.

On-base family housing is available to all active-duty service members with dependents, regardless of pay grade.

The Navy HSC manages the waitlist and determines eligibility. Families enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), Categories IV and V, receive priority placement.
Application Process
To apply for LMH housing, submit the following documents to the Navy HSC:
Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, fax, or email. If not submitted in person, confirmation is required within 30 days of reporting. Your waitlist control date is based on your official detachment date.
Service members must check in with the Navy HSC within 30 days of arrival to secure full local move benefits and preserve their control date.
