Fleet & Family Readiness (FFR) – Base Services
Fleet & Family Readiness (FFR) is responsible for the development, resourcing, and oversight of quality-of-life programs for active-duty service members, reservists, military retirees, and their families. FFR supports readiness and resilience through a wide range of essential services and facilities, including:

  • Dining Services (Galleys and Food & Beverage)
  • Fleet, Family and Child Programs
  • Housing Services (Bachelor Housing, Family Housing, and Navy Gateway Inns & Suites)
  • Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR)

Commissary
The Commissary provides a safe and secure grocery shopping experience for authorized patrons, including active-duty personnel, retirees, and their families. Shoppers can purchase goods tax-free with a 5% surcharge.
