Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UH/Barracks)
Unaccompanied Housing (UH) at NAS Lemoore provides accommodations for approximately 2,400 personnel across 20 buildings. Most E1–E3 and E4s with less than four years of service are required to live in UH. More senior personnel may be eligible to reside in UH on a space-available basis.
Rooms are either single or double occupancy, depending on pay grade, square footage entitlement, and availability. All buildings include shared lounges, televisions, vending machines, washers, and dryers. Facilities are within walking distance of the Galley, fitness center, and other MWR amenities. Utility bills and laundry facilities are included at no cost.
Check-In and Location
For questions regarding eligibility or assignment, visit the UH Administrative Office located in Building 880 on Enterprise Avenue.
Resident Advisor (RA) Program
Senior enlisted personnel (E6–E9), including Geographical Bachelors, may apply to serve as Resident Advisors (RAs). RAs provide an after-hours leadership presence in the barracks and receive room accommodations in return for fulfilling certain responsibilities.
Interested personnel must sign a Memorandum of Understanding and are selected on a voluntary basis. Contact the UH Administrative Office for eligibility and application information.
Geographical Bachelors (GB)
Geographical Bachelors (GBs) are service members assigned to NAS Lemoore whose dependents live elsewhere. GBs typically receive BAH at the "with dependents" rate and are not normally authorized to reside in UH.
However, a limited number of rooms may be available. GBs must submit an application for review and, if approved, will be placed on a waiting list. Assignment is based on space availability and command approval.

Other Housing Resources
If you're considering buying a home, the Fleet and Family Support Center offers free home-buying seminars approximately six times a year. These sessions cover everything from budgeting and credit readiness to working with a real estate agent and understanding the closing process.
The Fleet and Family Support Center can also assist with financial planning and long-term credit repair — especially helpful if you're preparing to rent or buy in the future.

Cost of Living Note
