Fleet and Family's Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Counselors specialize in preparing service members and their families for these challenges. We partner with other Fleet and Family programs and outside providers to bring service members and their spouses’ classes, workshops and individual assistance that help you navigate your transition process.

Active Duty
The Navy College Program will help you make the most of education opportunities available to sailors serving in the Navy. Tuition assistance is a benefit paid to eligible service members. The Navy Tuition Assistance Program pays up to 100% (within fiscal year caps and limits) of tuition charged by educational institutions for course enrollments.
