FINRED — DoW Office of Financial Readiness FINRED works with the services, federal partners, and private entities to provide programs, policy, education, advocacy, and program oversight to help service members and their families achieve personal financial readiness. All active duty, National Guard, and reserve service members, their family members, and survivors are eligible for free financial counseling services.
