There are 242 housing units. Each home has more than 1,600 square feet, a two-car garage, covered porches for integrated indoor/outdoor living, spacious kitchens with islands and ceiling fans with light fixtures in all bedrooms and living rooms.
Housing residents have access to a community center which houses a large conference room, a multipurpose room, a large indoor heated swimming pool, a child-sized pool and splash park, locker rooms and a playground.
Tierra Vista Communities at Schriever SFB is conveniently located just 12 miles east of Peterson Air Force Base. Tierra Vista Communities and the Schriever SFB Housing Office are located in the Tierra Vista Community Center, 300 Hartinger Circle.
