The Schriever (SBD 41) Legal Office provides legal support for active-duty service members, Active Guard and Reservists on orders, USAFA and ROTC Cadets on Title 10, dependents, and retirees.

Legal services include special and general powers of attorney, wills, domestic relations and support issues, landlord-tenant issues, real property, consumer protection, debt collection, SCRA/USERRA, and more.

The SBD 41 Legal Office is located at Building 210, Room 116, Schriever SFB, CO 80912. Legal assistance and wills are by appointment only. Powers of attorney and notary services are available during walk-in hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Please note legal services are only provided to eligible members listed above.

Wills are by appointment only, to schedule please complete an estate planning worksheet at https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil/apps/aflass_public/bin/will.php. Once completed, a case sensitive ticket number will be generated which will need to be needed in order to schedule an appointment.  In the event a digital will worksheet cannot be accomplished, the legal office can provide a paper copy.  Please send your ticket number, DoW ID, Active/Retired/Reserve status, and contact information to the workflow box, sbd41.ja.workflow@spaceforce.milor call 719-567-5050.
