The base Legal Office provides legal support for installation members and dependents.
Legal services include special and general powers of attorney, wills, domestic relations and support issues, landlord-tenant issues, real property, consumer protection, debt collectors and the Service Members Civil Relief Act.
The Legal Office is located in Building 210, Room 116. Legal assistance hours are by appointment only. Wills by are by appointment only. Powers of attorney and notary services are available during walk-in hours from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Wills are by appointment only. Clients must first go to https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil/ to complete the will worksheet. Once the ticket number has been received, send the ticket number, DoD number and status (i.e. Active Duty, Retired, Dependent, Reservist on Title 10 orders) to the workflow box, SBD_1.email@example.com and call 719-567-6031 to schedule an appointment.

After living in Colorado for 90 days, you must register your vehicle in Colorado.
Specific ownership tax: Active-duty personnel must be the owner or co-owner of the vehicle and complete Form DR 2667 to be exempt from this registration tax. This must be completed each year at the time of renewal.
