Schriever Clinic
The 21st Medical Squadron is part of the 21st Medical Group at Peterson Space Force Base. The 21st MDS serves the community of Schriever SFB.
The 21st MDS is comprised of three flights: Dental Flight, Force Medical Operations Flight, and Operational Support Flight. The men and women of the 21st MDS optimize the health and performance of more than 8,500 Air Force and Space Force personnel assigned to Schriever SFB. The squadron supplies high-quality primary care, dental, aerospace medicine, pharmacy, medical and dental laboratory, mental health, radiology, bioenvironmental engineering, public health, and health promotion services.Services offered include:

We currently do not have the ability to book appointments through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
You will need a referral for care your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, preventive, mental health, and specialty care. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.
Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances with the military treatment facility Patient Advocate.
If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 800-994-6610.
The Schriever clinic does not offer emergency medical treatment. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 for immediate assistance.

Filling prescriptions while traveling

Pharmacy
The pharmacy on Schriever is in Building 220. The pharmacy services Department of Defense personnel, retirees and their family members. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Dental services
The dental clinic is in Building 220. To schedule an appointment, call 719-567-5065. All annual dental exams consist of an exam and cleaning. These appointments are mandatory and you must give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Peterson Space Force Base medical services
There is no emergency room at the 21st Medical Group. The closest emergency medical facility is Saint Francis Hospital, located at 6001 East Woodmen Road, Colorado Springs, CO, 80923.There is one Military Treatment Facility in the Colorado Springs area that does offer emergency services: Fort Carson, which is located on the southwest side of Colorado Springs. In addition, the Colorado Springs community has both highly skilled medical professionals and facilities available.
