Legal Assistance

60 AMW/JA offers free professional legal advice concerning a wide range of personal civil legal matters. Our office provides assistance with wills, domestic relations, dependent care issues, landlord-tenant problems and consumer affairs.

Services are provided to active-duty personnel, including National Guard and reservists on Title 10 status, their dependents and retired military personnel regardless of service branch or unit of assignment.  Attorney-client confidentiality is strictly observed.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (707) 424-3251.

Powers of Attorney and Notaries (Walk-ins): Monday-Friday from 0800-1600 except Fridays we close at 1330 to 1500, excluding federal holidays and family days.
