Legal Assistance

60 Air Mobility Wing Judge Advocate offers free professional legal advice concerning a wide range of personal civil legal matters. Our office provides assistance with wills, domestic relations, dependent care issues, landlord-tenant problems and consumer affairs.

Services are provided to active-duty personnel, including National Guard and reservists on Title 10 status, their dependents and retired military personnel regardless of service branch or unit of assignment. Attorney-client confidentiality is strictly observed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 707-424-3251.

Note: We do not provide legal assistance on criminal matters, rebuttals and trusts.

Powers of Attorney and Notaries (walk-ins): Monday-Wednesday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., and Friday from 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m., excluding federal holidays and family days.

Walk-in Legal Assistance: Tuesday from 2:30 p.m.-4 p.m.
